Friedrich has been developing and building rolling machines since 1983 to complement the company's assembly systems product line.
The rolling heads initially were intended for the rolling-in of bearings in housings where special requirements towards strength, tightness and freedom from chips had to be met. The drive units are based on Friedrich's proven hydraulic rolling units.
With customers asking for more versatility and all-round properties, a comprehensive product range developed over time.
This is why we can today offer a great variety of internal and external rolling heads in different variants. These rolling heads have either fixed or adjustable effective diameters, and in some cases they also possess
quick-change systems or an additional radial feed.
2014 the first full-electrical servo-roll-forming machine was delivered.
