Our hydraulically driven base units were developed as powerful radial point riveting units and feature a compact, modular design. Their high degree of adaptability in terms of equipment or technology makes them an ideal solution for modern production and assembly processes. Thanks to their space-saving design, the base units can be easily integrated into existing production lines and flexibly adapted to individual requirements.
Variable lubrication allows different installation positions. This provides a high degree of flexibility in design and integration, even under demanding installation conditions or in complex system concepts.
Another advantage is the mechanically adjustable riveting spindle stroke, which enables precise adaptation to different workpieces and riveting requirements. This option allows optimum process settings to be implemented quickly and reliably.
For installations where space is particularly limited, the riveting motor can be flexibly positioned. This saves valuable installation space and makes adaptation to existing machine and system structures considerably easier.
